We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service. The check-in staff and concierge were friendly and efficient, making sure that we had everything we needed. The guest relations team even went above and beyond to take care of our children. Special mention to Adrian from the concierge for his outstanding recommendations. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with convenient access to many parts of the city. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff truly made us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was memorable.

Plus, it's within a reasonable walking distance to popular attractions like the Imperial Palace and Ginza. The hotel is a great starting point for exploring Tokyo.
